Care

Wash with soap and warm water.  A pressure washer (under 1500psi) can be used to remove stuck on dirt and debris from crevices, if necessary.  A wet Melamine sponge works great to remove stains from leaves and dirt without harming the chair.

Warranty

    I bought 2 Outer Banks Poly Lumber Wood Grain Oversized Folding Adirondack Chair with Integrated Footrest- The chairs were super easy to put together in about 3 steps. They are heavy, sturdy and comfy! They fold easily for storage.

    Easy to put together. Most of the chair was already assembled. Only needed to attach the front support, back to the seat and the arm rests. Love the pull out foot rest and the ease of assembly of the chair. Love the cup, wine glass and phone holders that swing out from under the arm rests. Great features. The Coastal Gray is perfect to blend in with the trees, rocks and patio. This was my second pair of chairs ordered a week after first set. Also ordered the Adirondack chairs without the foot rest. These Adirondacks are easy to get in and out of. Looking forward to years of enjoyment with minimal effort of upkeep. Soap and water cleanup is the way to go! Thanks for a great product. Customer service and product quality are excellent.

    I have bought a total of 6 of these chairs. They are great and have held up this past year in the Colorado weather. My only complaint was when assembling this chair I had to get the drill out and make a pilot hole for one of the screws on the frame as this was missed during manufacturing. For this expensive of a chair it would be expected not to have these quality control issues

    We ordered and received two of these chairs in the last two weeks and are extremely pleased with the quality, timely customer service and shipping (who knew it could still be that way), the look and comfort. It was a fear for us because my wife is rather short and finds allot of Adirondack chairs very uncomfortable. These aren't as deep and they worked for both of us very well. Loved the coastal gray - rich and authentic looking. Hardware was very solid - I'd put these chairs into a similar class to what we saw at high-end outdoor furniture retailers for $2-300 more. Will order again and recommend.
