Poly lumber is easy to clean and maintain. Dust with a soft cloth or soft bristle brush, and tend to spills and stains with a mild soap and water. You can also use a wet Melamine sponge to remove residue and tough stains without harming the poly. We do not recommend power-washing your poly lumber furniture, but if you do, you must keep the power-washer at least 12 inches from the surface of the furniture and do not use a stronger setting than 1500 PSI. No waterproofing, no staining, and no painting is ever required! Keep away from direct heat sources.

Well made beautiful wood grain look with the two tone black! Easy to put together. Will last a long time.
Chairs had to be put together (assembling a base to attach the seat and back to, as well as putting on the rocker bars), but contrary to other reports, my husband said they were quite easy to put together with the provided instructions and a cordless drill. They're sturdy and comfy (though I may add a Sunbrella seat cushion), and I'm especially impressed by the beauty of the faux grain in the birchwood.

We have received the two chairs but unable to assemble them until my husband recovers from a broken foot.
We like our two rockers very much. Quite simple to assemble, and the directions were clear. Hardware volume was correct. My only critical comments are (1) the square-head screws on the flat surface of the arms had a couple of sharp spots and had to be smoothed/sunk, and (2) the balance point of the chair is ever so slightly anterior forcing you to move all the way into the seat to not feel like you are leaning forward. We would recommend these chairs and purchase again. Hope this helps...
The bolts, washers, and screws were loose in the bottom of the box when received. The holes weren’t drilled for the arm to be screwed on.
