The Harbor Collection Backless Bar Stool ships fully assembled. No additional assembly required.
Poly lumber is easy to clean and maintain. Dust with a soft cloth or soft bristle brush, and tend to spills and stains with a mild soap and water. We do not recommend power-washing your poly lumber furniture, but if you do, you must keep the power-washer at least 12 inches from the surface of the furniture and do not use a stronger setting than 1500 PSI. No waterproofing, no staining, and no painting is ever required! A wet Melamine sponge also works great to remove tough stains without damaging the poly. Keep away from direct heat sources.

I’ve placed two orders with ECCB Outdoor, my first order was in May 2020; 2 × Harbor Collection Bar Stool with Arms & 1 × Harbor Collection Poly Lumber Round Outdoor Bar Height Table with Picket Fence Base, the second order in June 2020; 2 × Harbor Collection Backless Bar Stool, and I am extremely pleased! We bought the furniture for our 6th floor condo balcony, wanted durability and furniture we didn’t have to tie to the railing so didn’t blow down in the everyday coastal breeze, this balcony furniture achieves that goal. ECCB Outdoor pricing is fair and reasonably, the quality of the poly lumber, the construction and finish work of my furniture is fantastic, the best I’ve seen, and I shopped for over a year. The only suggestion I have is when purchasing from ECCB Outdoor, do a little online homework on LTL shipping rates, as shipping is not included in the price of the furniture. My first order ECCB Outdoor quoted LTL rates was $370 after doing my homework and emailing back and forth my final rate was $265. On my second order the initial LTL rate quoted was $295 (yes, a smaller order) again after doing my homework and few emails back and forth my final rate was $102. The rep claimed; “We do not make money on shipping. I shop all quotes around to get the best price possible” but I’m not convinced.
